Registration for Participation & Adjudication starts Monday, January 5th.​

Registration to participate in the festival as well as registration for adjudication opens on Monday, January 5, 2026. Due dates for both intent to participate and category registration are listed below. Anyone who is attending the festival, whether they will participate in adjudication or not, should be counted in this registration. Once you confirm the category in which your selected students are being adjudicated, you may fill out the Category Registration Form per category, per studentAdditionally, you will sign up for categories, students, and associated entries.

A single point of contact can register for intent to participate for a school district, but each school must be represented separately within that registration. For example: 1 district, with 3 schools attending, school #1 with 45 students, school #2 with 65 students, etc.

Please note: Registration for adjudication is now streamlined into this process. Also please note that the number of entries per school per category will be strictly enforced.

This year’s registration is a two-step process:
